Independent mill. One miller in command of BK through reduction, purifiers and the flour streams that go to bread and pastry customers.
You will set the mill, not only supervise packing. Night millers need a head miller who can be called and who has already run nights themselves.
NABIM Advanced or equivalent plus night-shift in command at comparable TPD. 50 TPD stone or hammer time will not be translated as this seat.

- Wheat classes actually milled
- Last ER and ash band held
- Right to work in Australia, or a visa class that is real
