Coverage

The flowsheet language is shared. The labour markets are not.

That is the whole business. One brand. Regional coverage — ANZ, UK/EU, North America, MENA/Africa, South and SE Asia, LATAM — not separate companies with different standards.

Wheat field stretching to the horizon

Region 01

ANZ

Australian and New Zealand commercial roller mills — independents and multi-site groups. Regional plus inbound skilled millers.

Region 02

UK, Ireland & EU

UK Flour Millers members and EU roller mills. NABIM-dense talent; outbound and inbound.

Region 03

North America

US and Canadian multi-site milling groups. Local-hire heavy; inbound is slow and must be honest.

Region 04

MENA & Africa

Large commercial mills and new-build projects. Inbound millers and commissioning are common.

Region 05

South & SE Asia

High-capacity commercial mills and OEM projects. Local millers plus project millers.

Region 06

Latin America

National mill groups and project work. Language of the night shift is the gate.

What must be translated

  • Wheat class and grist — AH/APW is not DNS/HRW is not Group 1 UK is not local Egyptian or Pakistani grist.
  • Mill scale and automation — hand-set rolls versus MEAG; 80 TPD versus 800 TPD.
  • Package shape — base, housing, car, schooling, tax, shift loading. Always local currency. Never one AU band worldwide.
  • Working language of the unsupervised night shift — tested, not self-scored.
  • Visa reality and family viability. A single miller will move; a dual-career household often will not.

If mobility fails, the technical pass still sits on the regional bench. We do not force a border move that will reverse in 90 days.
